Cultivating Kindness

Take the challenge of 21 days for cultivating kindness:

Being kind is choice and simultaneously challenge. It is always found easy to be unkind because depending on the situation body response changes. The situation is outside of our body but the response is from inside our body. It is found that most of the times situations control our mind, thoughts, and body responses. However, our minds and thoughts should be controlled and balanced, independent of the situations. Being kind is one of the best tools for peaceful life. The kindness habits spread happiness and joy around us and others. To cultivate the kindness, practice 12 kindness habits for 21 days and improve your art-of-living.


SELF-KINDNESS

A pure and innocent soul is living inside our body. The mind generates thoughts and ideas which are expressed by various organs to represent it. Our thoughts should be such that we are enough kind for our health, mind, thouhgts and body which is called self-kindness. In self-kindness, we care about our thoughts and body to become always healthy which would bring wealth in future life. Self-kindness practices our thoughts to be always kind. This self-kindness exercise slowly comes from inside to outside for the rest of the world. Slowly-slowly kindness spreads among us and later starts coming back to us. Buddha said "You, yourself, as much as anybody in entire universe, deserve your love and affection".


HOW ARE YOU?

How are you? It is a very small question to be put forward other who are close and have strong connectivity. This question sends a (+) message from us to others that somebody in the world is thinking and caring, ready to listen, and may provide moral support or financial support. Offering any type of support to others removes major problems from his/her life at that particular instant and makes him/her about solving the predicament. Therefore, we should always have habit of "How are you and how can I be helpful to you".


TOLERATING

Tolerating for any situation or condition is not a reflection of your weakness. It is your strength to face and challenge the situation that external environment can't disturb you and your peace rather it makes you more and more kind to others. Every person should have a great capacity for tolerance and not be reactive to situations and conditions. Tolerating the situation slows down the cascade effect of (-) energy spreading. Being tolerant makes us kind andhumble for others and situations. Dalai Lama has quoted "In the practice of tolerance, one's enemy is the best teacher."


SMILING

Smile on the face spreads (+) energy around the person and sends an affinity message to nearby personnel. The permanent smile on your face brings strength to other for any type of challenge in the life. Smiling on our faces makes us kind and gentle personality. This smile is free of cast which changes the situation (+) for us and others, whch is priceless. Therefore, each person should maintain a permanent smile on their face to bring smiles on others faces and cultivate a smiley kindness culture. Once upon a time "A warm smile is the universal language of kindness" was said by William Arthur Ward.


THANKING

Two magical words in human daily life are combined as "Thank you" and used in day-to-day life. Saying "Thank you bring miracles". These two words come out from one's heart to mouth and reach another's heart through his/her ears. Minds of both the receiver and sender process the message "Thank you" to show gratitude. Saying "Thank you" is the transmission of (+) energy from one human body to others. It is found that one human saying "Thank you" and then another says "Welcome". Thanks you and Welcome make wiring of hearts. Kindness wave seeds through this wiring to each hearts. Over a period, the kindess seeds grow and become crops. Thank you was explained simply as "Take time to be kind and to say thank you" by Zig Ziglar.


PATIENCE

Losing control is a disaster for personality and situation i.e. us and others. Being patience and humble in favorable and unfavorable situations is one of the best keys to kindness. The individual's patience creates an (+) energy environment in handling any type of difficulty in the life. Being patience creates a comfortable scene for our nearers in handling the situation rather other are preparing to manage you and your emotions. Being patience exchanges the kindness message from hearts and transforms others to be kind, also. "To lose patience is to lose the battle" was quoted by Mahatma Gandhi ji.


FORGIVING

Forgive whatever you can't forget!

We become very-very happy and reach peak pleasure whenever we receive any gift. We come in an environment of cheerfulness where there is no space for worry, problems, difficulties, etc. Think for a moment, a small gift can change of situation for a human being. Similarly, forgiving anyone is a gift of god. By forgiving anyone not only he/she become relaxed and comfortable rather we become more relaxed and happy. Therefore, forgiving is first beneficial for us and others are afterwards. It is just like detachment of our mind from the Wi-Fi data (hurt, disrespect, sorry, unhappiness, etc) which makes us uncomfortable. After forgiving others, the Wi-Fi data (fear, punishment, loss, etc) from us disconnects to others. Forgiving is the disentanglement of any virtual situation that brings unhappiness. Catherine Pulsifer said "We are not perfect, forgive others as you would want to be forgiven".


FORGETTING

Forget whatever you can't forgive!

Forgetting is the technique that brings kindness to the all. Forgetting brings special characteristics of kindness to our mind and heart. The forgetting is detachment of our thoughts from things that may never happen in the real world. Immediately various mental models and events evaporate from our mind as the moment we forget things. Forgetting brings us to a normal life to move ahead by doing kind things. George Allen tried to explain the future as "Forget the past- the future will give you plenty to worry about".


IGNORANT

Many times ignorance is considered as irrelevancy with the matter. But the more relevancies bring various numbers of things, matters and thoughts. Involvement in large numbers of matters makes us uncomfortable due to acceptance and rejection processes. The rejection may disturb others to make them unkind, which would come back to us and may make us unkind. So, we should become ignorant of irrelevant matters to be always kind. Alber Einstein explained the need ignorance as one of the characteristics of intelligent person as "Weak people revenge, Strong people forgive and Intelligent people ignore".


COMPASSION

Showing kindness by being self-kindness!

Self-kindness is the first step to being kindness. The kindness is from inside to outside. Check whether you are kind enough to yourself. Practicing self-kindness transforms us to be kind to others. When my soul is kind to me, then my soul would be in a position to bring kindness to others. My happiness brings happiness around me and become the basis for the cultivation of kindness. Similarly, my inner unhappiness would be a major resource for the presence of sadness around us.

Inner peace and rest make us kind for every activity in everybody's life. We should always show empathy and sympathy for the continuous cultivation of kindness. Kindness to the world is found after self-kindness and self-sympathy. The purpose of life was written in single line as "The purpose of human life is to serve and to show compassion and the will to help other" by Albert Schweitzer.


GENTLY DISAGREE

Unkindness is observed manytime when we are in a state of disagreement. Disagreement changes the level of sound, tone, body language and dialogue delivery. It is expressed as one unkindness situation. Agreement and disagreement would come always in day-to-day personal and professional life. It becomes vital to be calm in all situations of agreement and disagreement. Our response to any situation should be kind enough. Being disagree should not be the reason for being unkind. Rather kindness should be maintained in each moment to bring a healthy situation. Therefore, gentle disagreement cultivates the kindness around us.


SPREAD KMON WAVE AND SEEDS

Do kindness instead of expectation!

Spreading the KMON kindness wave & particles always improves daily life. The KMON is inside us but we search in the rest of the world. Kindness is a routine exercise of the human being. KMON is a kindness messenger that originates from us, circulates among people, and comes back to us in a later stage. So we should always spread kindness among the world for our benefit in addition to the rest world. The first beneficiary of being kindness are we and others are afterwards. Cultivation of kindness crops would yield more and more KMON wave & particles for being happy, healthy, wealthy and peaceful life.
