In this dynamic, rapidly evolving world of ours, we are constantly reminded that change is the only constant. This is more evident than ever in our current Age of Artificial Intelligence (AI), where the pace of technological advancement continues to accelerate.

The driving force behind our success at To-Increase/AX for Pharma has always been our people - our team of dedicated, innovative thinkers who go above and beyond to make a real difference for our customers. I want to take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate you. It is your hard work, creativity, and resilience that have helped us to reach where we are today.

However, in this ever-changing landscape, to stay relevant and competitive, we need to continually embrace change and innovation. The way we work, the solutions we create, and the technologies we employ must keep pace with the transformations happening around us. We have seen a large acceleration of technology adoption during covid where so many things went virtual and so much more data was being created. Now we power that with intelligence leveraging all of that data and that is transformative.

A vital part of embracing change is cultivating an innovation-driven culture. It is here that our core values play an indispensable role. These values guide us, shape our decisions, and define who we are as a team. Here's how they align with our culture:



Passionate: We make use of personal and team strengths to inspire continuous learning. We work together to align our roles to our strengths and interests. We motivate ourselves and those around us.

Customer-Centric: We use empathy to understand our clients' needs. This enables us to create solutions that truly make a difference for our customers by creating and capturing value. We challenge our customers and ourselves to find the best solutions, always taking an honest and transparent approach.

Innovative: We continuously aim for improvement in every area of our business, embracing failure as an opportunity for growth. We see failures not as setbacks, but as stepping stones towards success. Every failure is a learning opportunity.?We try new approaches, learn from every attempt, and embrace new and different ideas.

Collaborative: We encourage everyone to contribute ideas, we enjoy working and being successful as a team, fostering an environment where every voice matters, and every idea is valued. We always think beyond personal gains, showing a genuine interest in different people and diverse cultures. A happy, motivated, and fulfilled employee is a powerful asset. It is you, our team, that make the impossible possible for our customers. I know we are not there for all employees yet and that some are not feeling that inspiration. However, we work hard every day to make sure we create the environment in which our employees can thrive in this environment. This is a mutual effort where our employees must also reach for the stars and drive change, not just wait for someone to drive it for them. It has to be teamwork!

We must remember that the end goal of all our efforts is to create value for our customers and help them with tools to be able to capture value. Every change we embrace, every innovation we make, must ultimately lead to better solutions for our customers which they can leverage to drive towards their goals. When our customers succeed, we succeed.

Embracing change and driving innovation is not a one-time effort, but a continuous journey. It requires commitment, resilience, and a collective effort from all of us. We need to ensure that we are not only adapting to the changes around us but are also driving the change.

We will continue to have small failures as that is part of the game. We must learn from them and do better.

We should leverage AI as a co-pilot of our work being able to deliver more faster than ever before. AI isn't here to replace us. AI is here to help us get the most out of ourselves.
