7 个月This is probably my favorite core value as an employee and member of the DE&I committee. I’ve been places where they didn’t care or realize how important belonging and inclusivity is… I feel like focusing on this opens both the company and individual up for growth! And I know, for me personally, no matter how much I learn in this arena I know there is more to learn and am glad HexFed feels the same.
