Is Cultivating a Good Heart the Essence of Spiritual Practice?

What a beautiful question. I was asked this recently on Quora.

The answer is a resounding: YES YES and Yes.

We are all born from the Source Creator (some may refer to this as God, the Universe, the One etc.). This source energy has at its core, profound LOVE. Everything comes from a place of LOVE and we are all on a journey to become a source of LOVE for ourselves and others. By doing so we become closer to the Source Creator.

This journey of our lives is based on this principle.

This is what life is all about.

This is what we are born to do, and the experiences that life presents us with are opportunities to grow, learn and move closer to the source of LOVE.
