Picture the ripple effect of positive change cascading through the ranks, much like a social media post that starts with a few shares and eventually goes viral. This analogy holds true for creating a world-class Tech Support organization. Our conclusion was simple yet profound: by focusing on empowering Line Managers, we can ignite a transformational journey that permeates the entire organization.
