Hey there! With Election Day drawing closer, tension continues to mount in workplaces across the US. Polarization is pervasive, conflicts are commonplace, and survey after survey has shown that American work environments aren’t okay. The latest, from SHRM, found workplace incivility rose 27% from Q2 to Q3.??

So, what can we do to keep the peace and communicate effectively during times like these? While there’s no easy answer, I’ve got a few ideas. One recent article described how real companies are supporting employees with education, wellbeing resources, and time off to vote – and improving business outcomes along the way.
