Hey everyone !
I want to talk about something close to my heart: Nepal, its diverse culture, and its amazing food. I've traveled a lot and worked as a research and development chef, and I've seen the beauty of Nepali heritage and cuisine.
Nepal is a country filled with different cultures and traditions. We have a rich history that includes four main castes and many more sub-castes which comes rich communities of 128.
But let's focus on the positives. Nepali society has always been a melting pot of different castes and communities living together for centuries. We have so much to offer the world. Nepal is blessed with abundant water resources, stunning natural beauty, diverse religions, and cultures. Our land is fertile, perfect for agriculture. And our cuisine varies across different regions and communities.
Tourism could be a game-changer for Nepal. We have the potential to attract so many visitors. But here's the thing: we need to promote our own unique Nepali food. Instead of imitating other countries, we should showcase our authentic cuisine to attract tourists. Imagine tourists coming here just to taste our delicious food and sip the drinks.
Every caste in Nepal has its own special dishes and customs. We have so many important festivals throughout the year that could draw tourists in. It's time to celebrate our uniqueness. By sharing our local food and traditions across the country, we can easily take Nepali foods worldwide.

I've seen and witness Binod Baral doing amazing work promoting Nepali food in the UK and globally . It's a fantastic example of how our food can attract people from all over. We should encourage Nepali businesses, especially restaurants and hotels, to serve authentic Nepali food.
Sadly, some Nepali restaurants don't prioritize our own cuisine. To boost tourism and make tourists happy, we need to change that. I urge Nepali businesses to embrace and promote our unique food.
Let's unite and celebrate our rich Nepali heritage, especially through our food. Together, we can make Nepal known globally for its amazing cuisine and cultural diversity.
