• Accenture: Dan began his professional journey in Human Capital consulting, where he spent nearly seven years integrating systems to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Bridgestone: He went on to build and lead Bridgestone’s People Analytics practice, transforming a visionary concept into a fully realized, high-impact team.
• JumpCrew: As Chief People Officer, Dan spearheaded initiatives to align talent strategies with business goals at the sales and marketing outsourcing firm.
• Piper Key: Currently the Founder and CEO of Piper Key, Dan has been at the forefront of data and analytics consulting, providing strategic services to HR, Finance, and Operations teams.

Dan holds both a B.S. in Engineering and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He remains actively involved with his alma mater, lecturing as an Adjunct Pofessor and mentoring throughout the year.
