Corporate Transparency Act Filing Deadline is Approaching
For most existing companies, the deadline to file beneficial ownership information reports under the Corporate Transparency Act is approaching quickly on January 1, 2025. For companies formed or registered after January 1, 2024, the filing must be done within 90 days of their creation or registration. We recommend that businesses begin gathering the necessary information and reach out for assistance well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.
