Recently one of their workers working for a valued Contractor within the Construction sector demonstrated behaviours that were not inherent with his previous commitment to work. The team at Blue Water identified this and a discussion took place with the individual, it appeared that his transport to work (his bicycle) was in disrepair and this resulted in the worker being late on site as he was having to rely on public transport. The individual was distressed by this situation as this was not his work ethic and was beyond his control.

Blue Water Recruitment sourced bicycle for the worker to enable him to get to work on time as he was enjoying working on site and looking forward to long term, sustainable work making the difference in these hard economic times. This action taken by Blue Water has made the difference for the individual he is now smiling again and looking forward to a better and brighter work future. ??????????
