CSP Focus 2023 Event Calendar and Marketing Proposals

The development of CSP is entering into a fast track in 2022 here in China. With TES system and stable output, CSP is a grid-friendly power technology. Within the Multi-Energy RE complex combining with PV and/or Wind, CSP is playing a role as stabilizer and regulator, easing the power fluctuation and curtailment of PV and Wind. CSP is a must and standard configuration in the newly announced around 30 “Wind/PV + CSP” Complexes located in Qinghai, Gansu, Jilin, Xinjiang and Tibet etc. Most of these projects had been started and tenders issued recently. According to the schedule of each project, the CSP part, with total planned capacity of over 4GW, should be completed by end of 2023 or mid 2024 at latest.

A new wave of CSP development and construction is coming and 2023 will be an exciting year of CSP.
