Both Brexit and the pandemic are mutually responsible for a major staffing crisis within our wonderful industry. It is estimated the combined effect is responsible for a shortage of 400,000+ hospitality workers per year!

Recent Events
Over the last few months we have been busy supplying quality staff to The World Cheese Awards, Westfest, Leeds Festival, Glastonbury, the Rugby Autumn Internationals and various other large events and weddings throughout the UK!

Job Fairs
Our CSI branches have been busy recruiting staff nationwide.
We have had stalls at the Brighton, Cheltenham, Coventry and?Southampton university fresher’s fairs where hundreds of keen and energetic students signed up for hospitality work.

YES Uganda
In recognition of?World Aids day, the YES Uganda charity is raising funds for Manna Rescue Home. It currently houses 30 children who are HIV and Aids positive. They are trying to gather funds to buy mattresses, bed sheets, blankets and essential drugs the children have to take to prevent serious infection.
At CSI we donate 2% of our placement fee to the Y.E.S Uganda charity upon successful completion of trial for each and every permanent candidate.
CSI donated over ￡500 just in the last month!
Staff Update
Since our last newsletter in September, we have employed a further 8 Hospitality Employment Consultants, an Administrator to support the finance team at HO and 3 elite Superchefs to support our Clients!??
Furthermore, we are proud to boast that 4 employees have celebrated yearly service that exceeds 5 years (2 of them over 15 years) at CSI.
