Session Objectives:

No one doubts the context of work has and will continue to change dramatically.?

In this ever-evolving world of work, human capability (talent + organization + leadership + HR) matters more than ever.?In this workshop, we will stipulate that the world of work is changing and that human capability is material for all stakeholders.?Then, we will go deep into some of the emerging trends on talent and organization.

For talent (the "human", often called people, employees, workforce, individual competence), we will overview 10 initiatives that create value by realizing business strategy, increasing customer value, delivering financial value, and improving community reputation.?We will focus on how to build the employee experience by helping employees feel more connection to each other and to their organizations, even in a hybrid world.

For organization (the "capability" often called teams, culture, workplace, systems), we will review the critical capabilities for organizations to respond to changing conditions, with a focus on agility/change and creating the right culture.?

The session will insights that include theory (why things happen), research (what happens), and practice (how to improve what happens) so that participants can leave with solutions that are relevant for them.?There will be plenty of time for questions and personal application.
