David Green is a globally respected writer, speaker, conference chair, consultant and author for people analytics, data-driven HR and the future of work. With lead responsibility for the Insight222 People Analytics Program?, David helps global organisations create value through people analytics. He is co-author of Excellence in People Analytics (Kogan Page, July 2021) together with Jonathan Ferrar. David previously served as Global Director of People Analytics Solutions at IBM Watson Talent and has over 20 years experience in corporate business.
