CSC receives a customer experience award

As a retirement partner, we want our customers to have more than a healthy super balance. Walking the journey with them, regardless of their life stage, is important to us, and their ability to have supportive and informative conversations with our Customer Engagement Team plays a big role in this.?

This is why I’m incredibly proud of our team, who recently won the Best CX in Sector Award for October-December, 2024, through Customer Service Benchmarking Australia (CSBA). Not only was CSC the #1 ranked super fund for the highest median Customer Experience (CX) score for customer interactions, we were #4th overall in the finance sector.

Congratulations to Bron Riley, Rachael McCoy, Jen Margules and a huge array of hardworking and focussed people for continually ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
