Tell us your name and brief summary of your career journey with CSB so far!

My name is Dylan and I'm the People and Culture Manager here at CSB! I've been with CSB for just over 4 years now and have well and truly seen it all. From packing orders in our office warehouse to delving into Logistics, Customer Experience, Finance, Product, Operations and now People - it's been a hell of a ride...and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Tell us more about your role and what you do.

In my role as P and C Manager, I ensure our team is engaged and supported so they can perform at their highest standard. I design and communicate CSB's People philosophies and ensure we can attract and retain top talent. Performance at CSB is very much defined by the WHAT and the HOW - not just the outcomes we are delivering, but also how we are doing so, ie; our behaviours and attitudes. Facilitating this performance culture has been a huge and super exciting part of my role! On top of this, I also get to facilitate some pretty incredible engagement initiatives and measure how the team feel about them - receiving feedback from the team on a regular basis is so rewarding!

What inspires you about coming to work at CSB?

I love knowing that the work I do to empower the team, goes on to empower thousands of women worldwide feel like their most confident selves. One of my favourite things to do from my time working in CX is to read the incredible customer reviews we receive daily - it's the best reminder of how impactful our work is!

What's something your working on that's top secret at the moment?

Where do I start? I'm in HR :/

How do you unwind after work?

I actually work remotely in Laos and have been for the past couple of years so unwinding here usually involves trips to the most amazing natural wonders. Apart from this, you'll usually catch me at the gym (or eating at the local buffets here).

Your favourite memory from your work journey so far with CSB?

I'd struggle to pinpoint one thing over my 4 years with CSB, so I'm going to say it's been my entire journey - watching this team grow from a team of 4 to now 43 has been nothing short of incredible. I LOVE this team and who I get to work with everyday - wouldn't change it for the world! Oh, and also the 2023 Christmas Party ??
