CSB Staff Spotlight - Charlotte Swensson

Tell us your name and a brief summary of your career journey with CSB so far!

I'm Charlotte, I've been with CSB since it launched in 2019.

I initially worked for both Bodies by Rachel and CSB simultaneously, but when CSB expanded and required a full-time Graphic Designer, I decided to focus solely on CSB.?

Tell us more about your role and what you do.

I work as a Senior Graphic Designer for the Brand team; I collaborate closely with the social media and marketing teams. My role involves creating designs for various platforms, including Instagram, email campaigns, ads, the app, website, and print materials.

If you could describe yourself in 3 words, what would they be?

Loyal, creative and adventurous.

What inspires you about coming to work at CSB?

I love working for CSB because it perfectly aligns with my passions for fitness and fashion. Being part of an athleisure brand like CSB is exciting, as it brings variety to my work and keeps me creatively challenged. Over the years, I’ve gained invaluable experience and continuously grown personally and professionally within the company.

What are your favourite CSB items?

Sierra crop and Serenity leggings are always my go-to favourites. I also like the Freedom sculpt tank; it’s stylish, functional, and flattering.

What's something you're working on that's top secret at the moment?

Half of my team is currently in New York, and we are working on some very exciting stuff.

How do you unwind after work?

I like to go to the skatepark, read a book or binge Netflix shows.

Your favourite memory from your work journey so far with CSB?

Our first pop-up shop on the Gold Coast was a lot of fun. It was great to meet our customers in person. I also enjoyed working with us on the launch of Isabelle Mathers' first collection. That's definitely one of my favourite memories.
