We recognize this problem in Crypto Careers and therefore introduced custom career levels for each job.
There are a total of 8 experience levels on Crypto Careers:
Internship
Basically your first job while you are still studying or you have just finished university.
Graduate / Trainee
You have graduated from university and you are ready for your first job.
Mid-level
Jobs in this category require some work experience already - between 1-4 years on average.
Senior Level
You have at least 5 years of work experience or more.
Project Manager / Team Lead
Project Managers and Team Leaders have functional responsibility for projects, budgets and leading teams.
Team Manager / Head
As a team manager or a head of a team, you have full responsibility for your team, their growth, coaching and development.
Director / VP
