Week 27 means it's been 5 1/2 months since starting this new goals plans.

The one big thing so far is my paid content that's started after a year of planning.

In a few weeks business networking will again resume.

One thing that many businesses overlook is the customer service aspect.

When customers feel treated well they will return to buy again.

They will also do marketing by telling others.

I'd gone a few times where I needed to get something.

Other customers had commented how they always return because of the customer service.

Their needs are met.

Other places had less customer service & customers left unhappy plus told others that.
