This week's Sales [UN]Training #podcast kicks off a series I'm calling, "Crush Your Number: Inside Stories from America's Top Sales Minds."

In this series I'll talk to sales leaders in B2B sales leadership roles whose objective is to create and maintain a high-performing sales force. You'll hear directly from their every experiences what challenges they've encountered, and how they've struggled, failed, succeeded, and learned along the way.

This week I'm joined by Brian Key , Director of Service Products at Multivac. Brian has spent 16 years the company, the last 4 years in a sales leadership role, and he will share a lot of what he has learned about sales training and overcoming the challenges of leading a sales team.
