Crumbl Cookies
Back once more with another article on retail and one that will be all different to me because I am about to talk about this new company that I have seen before but never tried out until now. It is a bakery that got into the scene in the USA and Canada way back in 2017. By that time I have never really heard of them since I was just thinking about other retailers dealing with baked goods but now I will talk about them since years later they managed to open up a lot of stores across the USA and Canada.
This company is Crumbl Cookies. It is a new company that I haven't really known until recently since they are recently new. Even though they are new I sort of knew about them years ago when I watched a video of them on the CNBC YouTube channel on how they got their start. In fact the company was developed by a Canadian who lives in the USA and I think that is how it got its start. They started this bakery and eventually grew so much across the USA they decided to try out the Canadian marketplace.
I don't know exactly where they opened their first store in Canada but I did managed to see a store in a shopping mall near where I work and thought to myself I should try their cookies and other baked goods in the future. So here I am just trying out their cookies for the first time a couple of days ago and I have to say that I was impressed with their cookies and I would like to try them out in the future or more of their products in the future. It's no wonder they have been getting a huge following on social media.
It's also why one of my coworkers were raving about this company. They make very good cookies and I have to agree with her on that because I tried them myself and I was happy with the product, the quality of their product and I would definitely recommend them to other customers looking to buy delicious cookies. Although one thing that was a bit of drawback about them was their pricing due to the packaging and quality but I guess the quality is so good in their eyes that maybe their prices are acceptable for their products.
For the Canadian market, I am figuring that maybe they are testing the waters by just one store here in Calgary since the owner doesn't want to make the mistake of growing too fast by opening many stores in a short time and then finding out that they aren't making as much money as their American businesses since consuming habits differ and vary between Canadians and American customers due to the pricing and the dollar exchange rates. But so far they seem to be on the right track.
