Excellent article! Millennial and Gen Zer's will make up much of the workforce in the near future, therefore it is necessary to meet their needs such as flexibility, remote options, and improved company cultures (including empathetic leadership, more trust, etc.) Companies who stick to more "traditional" ways will surely see a negative impact on their talent pool, especially when it comes to younger generations.
