CRP is entering the world of sustainable fashion
We're going to let you in on a little secret–a new CRP collaboration that’s as eco-friendly as it is innovative.
It won’t?come as a surprise that we’re always striving to blend creativity with sustainability. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our groundbreaking collaboration between?Hope Workshop?and the?Upcycling program. Picture this: beautiful, reusable totes crafted from nothing more than disposable plastic bags–now finished off with the stunning designs of?Hope Workshop.
By upcycling single-use plastic bags at our?Downtown Center into durable plastic liners, we’re not only reducing waste but also creating products with a longer lifespan. And that’s not all.?We’re also supporting local vendors by sourcing our materials right here in Amman.
“This idea came about because we wanted to provide sustainability for the graduates of our Upcycling program by giving them another source of income, as well as another CRP program to be involved in.”

With four people involved in each tote, this initiative–which is made possible with the support of DROSOS FOUNDATION and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints –is truly a testament to the creativity and craftsmanship of our community. Plus, we’re starting to plan future collections that will feature the stories of refugee community members from Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen–adding a personal touch to every piece.
Stay tuned for more updates and new product releases. Thanks for helping us make a difference—one beautiful tote at a time.
