CrowdStrike and PagerDuty validate What you do is not nearly as important as How you do it.

I’m feeling so blessed today to be part of both CrowdStrike and PagerDuty’s incredible, game changer journeys! Congratulations to George Kurtz, CEO of CrowdStrike, and Jennifer Tejada, CEO of PagerDuty, and Alex Solomon, Co-Founder of PagerDuty. They were 2 of the 4 National Finalist for E&Y 2018 Entrepreneur of the Year! What both companies have done is impressive. CrowdStrike has built an easy to use, native SaaS Security Platform built from the ground up that focuses on a core mission. They Stop Breaches! There is unbelievable power from the Crowd in the Cloud. PagerDuty is the undisputed Leader for Digital Operations Management. They provide Real-Time Operations with the capability to streamline Incident Resolutions. Also an easy to use, native SaaS Platform built from the ground up, they have captured an incredible amount of data that will enable their customers to use Analytics so their Customers can be Best in Class during and after their Digital Transformations. Both companies have reached the rare Unicorn status (<1% of VC funded companies achieve this) according to their latest Round Press Releases, with CrowdStrike’s valuation at $3.4B and PagerDuty’s at $1.3B. But what I’m most proud of with both companies is not What they’ve done but How they’ve done it. Both George and Jennifer are world class CEOs who enable cultures that are maniacally focused on Customer Success from solving hard problems with solutions that scale and work easily; are Performance based that reward all people who deliver results regardless of Tenure or Gender; while providing a high Integrity, Winning environment! Sound interesting? Fantastic because both are hiring Best in Class talent across all company functions to fuel their hyper growth companies. And both offer a Fun ride on what promises to be Legendary journeys! Because for both companies, the best is yet to come!

I’m a great believer in luck. It has a way of favoring the intelligent, and hard working, while showing its back to the those who don't consistently execute.? Well deserved Joe!
