I’m feeling so blessed today to be part of both CrowdStrike and PagerDuty’s incredible, game changer journeys! There is unbelievable power from the Crowd in the Cloud. PagerDuty is the undisputed Leader for Digital Operations Management. They provide Real-Time Operations with the capability to streamline Incident Resolutions. Also an easy to use, native SaaS Platform built from the ground up, they have captured an incredible amount of data that will enable their customers to use Analytics so their Customers can be Best in Class during and after their Digital Transformations. Both companies have reached the rare Unicorn status (<1% of VC funded companies achieve this) according to their latest Round Press Releases, with CrowdStrike’s valuation at $3.4B and PagerDuty’s at $1.3B. But what I’m most proud of with both companies is not What they’ve done but How they’ve done it. Both George and Jennifer are world class CEOs who enable cultures that are maniacally focused on Customer Success from solving hard problems with solutions that scale and work easily; are Performance based that reward all people who deliver results regardless of Tenure or Gender; while providing a high Integrity, Winning environment!
