When we are considering a new career path our thoughts often stray into?worries about about what we have to offer. I am constantly reminding our new reviewers about all the qualities they have developed as blue light professionals. They are transferrable and very valuable in so many other ways.

Andy Labrum, Founder of Blue Light Leavers, had a successful 30 year policing career. Yet he still wondered if he had anything to offer alternative roles. Join me for episode 11?of the Safeguarding and Domestic Abuse Sector podcast to hear Andy talk about how he has supported thousands of others through the transition. Expect to hear Andy share vulnerably about his own journey & that experienced by others in his community.

Over the coming weeks I will work with hundreds of talented public sector professionals to help them to gain insight into the skills they never realised they have. They are sought after in a range of different industries. If you hold any limiting beliefs about considering a new path or project & wondered if you were alone in encountering insecurities whilst being ‘at a crossroads’ in your professional life, listen in to this episode.?

If you are inspired, you can also sign up to my free live webinar How to Establish an Independent Review Practice which Aligns with the Next Steps in Your Career. Over 600 of you signed up but I know many couldn’t make it live. We’ve switched the time to 7pm to make it more accessible. You can expect me to talk about my journey from public sector professional to independent reviewer & tell you the stories of others I have supported to take this step. There’s all the content from last time plus more. It’s on 9th?November. Can you come??
