Crossmark Appointed on Phase 2, Domain Weldale St, Reading

Crossmark are pleased to confirm that following the success of our BtR Phase 1 Domain, Reading which is now over 95% let we have been appointed to commence development of the final phase adding 165 units. Works on site continue to delver the public realm with the phase 2 works commencing in 2023 and completing in 2025. The completed development will have 418 units.

The art competition managed by Redport to create the Public Art has been a fantastic success with Mantlepiece - an art installation by Creative Juices winning and being accepted by Reading Borough Council who commented "you are commended that this is?considered to be a public art project that has demonstrated exemplary community engagement and will have had a beneficial impact on the development of creative skills in Reading". Crossmark would like to thank all the artists and mentors who embraced the process.
