CrossKnowledge: Beyond Roadshow- NY and SF
High performing organizations have one thing in common: they develop the skills they need for the future. But in an era of rapid change, this can be a challenge to deliver effectively. With this in mind, CrossKnowledge is hosting two roadshow events (New York- January 28 and San Francisco- January 30) focused around the below question:
How can we drive smarter skills acquisition in our organizations?
During these L&D networking events, the expert Lori Niles-Hofmann will be helping to lead these discussions and we'll be sharing the High Impact Learning that Lasts model (HILL) which has recently been gaining traction in the industry (even though it's been around for almost 25 years).
One of the main reasons the model has been somewhat slow to catch on is because (up until recently) the technology just wasn't at the point needed to make HILL scalable. Now that the technology has caught up; over 1500 scientific studies have proven that it can deliver results that exceed traditional methods.
So if you're working with ADDIE, Bloom's taxonomy, etc... you'll likely find that this helpful framework will complement what you're already doing. As it better integrates your learning ecosystem into your programs and it lets you better leverage your existing learning technology to create results that last.
HILL strategies are a large part of the 16 Brandon Hall awards CrossKnowledge won in 2019 and we're happy to share a live demonstration of how we use HILL to blend our own technology, content and consultancy in our newest solution that addresses the Skills Gap in a manner that is both personalized to the individual and their manager but also scaled for a consistent deployment throughout your organization.
Hopefully, I'll be able to discuss the topic with some of you at the San Francisco event!
Happy New Year!
