1.EXCHANGE PUBLISHES THE GUIDE FOR NEW LISTING APPLICANTS
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX)， (Wednesday) publishes?the Guide?that brings together all relevant guidance materials into one location, to better support the work of New Listing1?applicants and their advisers as they prepare their Hong Kong listing journey.
The Exchange aims to assist applicants and their advisors to better understand the Exchange’s interpretation of certain Listing Rules and related requirements, as well as the Exchange’s expectations regarding the standards and quality of listing document disclosure, which are crucial to enable investors to make a properly informed assessment of an applicant.
2.ADIO, CCB International to boost Chinese investment in Abu Dhabi
The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) today announced the signing of a strategic agreement with CCB International, an investment services company owned by China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB), to boost Chinese investment into the UAE capital. Signed during Abu Dhabi Finance Week (ADFW) 2023, the agreement will foster stronger collaboration to support Chinese companies expanding into Abu Dhabi and the Middle East and North Africa region.
3.China launches website for the private economy bureau amid strong policy support
China has launched a website for the bureau for private economy development under the website of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), as the latest effort to boost the private economy.
China announced the set-up of the bureau under the country's top economic planner in September. Cong Liang, deputy head of the NDRC, told a press conference in September that the bureau was established to strengthen policy coordination in relevant areas and ensure that related measures are implemented as early as possible and achieve tangible results.

香港特區行政長官李家超11月29日出席第26屆北京 · 香港經濟合作研討洽談會（京港洽談會）開幕式，並歡迎北京市市長殷勇率領北京市代表團到港。
