Crop securing - grow it and they will come!

Drying crops should not be a complex operation, Alvan Blanch Australia work with property owners to ensure this develops - efficiency is the buzz word -

Badly designed grain plant results in functionality issues, creating more frustration and time needed in moving grains around a site, our aim is that all functions should operate at the same time.

  1. Intake - turning trucks around swiftly is vital at harvest - up to 600tph
  2. Wet grains segregated and easy to recover to dry and cleaning system
  3. Drying & Cleaning - or drying only / cleaning only - vital in providing flexibility on a site
  4. Maintaining crop once in store - ventilation is key
  5. Reclaim from store - swift and safe with minimal human intervention
  6. Reporting and monitoring - Alvan Blanch PLC is remotely accessible, can send alerts, reporting (only as good as the input remember :))

Future proofing as much as possible in terms of additional storage, more equipment and other changes that might be introduced during the lifetime of the plant.

Keeping a design as simple as possible is also a key part of what we do, our AB Spine design has been worked on and keeps being reviewed so what can we do here ?

  1. Intake - turning trucks around quickly
  2. Wet line to dryer & cleaner - bypassing one function or the other
  3. Dry feed out to store - store ventilated
  4. Reclaim - in this case 80t overhead silo loading trucks quickly

Alvan Blanch are a well proven supplier of drying equipment around the world, we can trace the early dryers arriving in Brisbane in 1966, this unit is still working today on the Darling Downs.

Our range of crop drying systems are available for all kinds of crops - currently we are working on a lead time reduction to see the DF drying systems landing within 8 months from the contract signing.

Reach out today and let's have a chat. Let's not wait till the headers are chasing around the paddock for the call eh!
