Value

In both our workplaces and homes, there is a continuous exchange of value; value from our own existence and the value we create or produce. We must constantly strive to enhance this value as it signifies health and vitality. These values also grow over time, provided that the contributions we receive from others increase as well. Therefore, failing to increase in value is a sign of decline and a disservice to our family, community, and company.

Incoming Value

In 2024 the value that we are getting with modern tools of communication and intellignece have increased the demand on our output to go beyond producing bread and butter to actaully bring out croissants and pastries on a daily basis.

Modern communication tools, particularly internet-enabled mobile phones, have significantly challenged the barriers of time and space. Platforms that connect anyone on Earth to another proliferate, facilitating the sharing of thoughts and voices across oceans, bridging cultural and linguistic divides.

Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI, allows us to create images such as the one in the header, simplifying the way we convey and express our thoughts and opinions. Time previously spent on proofreading and gathering information can now be better utilized for ideation and emphasizing human intelligence. The systems established by our ancestors, particularly the European colonizers, are gradually yielding to contemporary mindsets and methods of operation. This shift allows individuals to concentrate on their own ideas and thoughts instead of merely adhering to established procedures and protocols.

Creating & Sharing Value

Bearing all this in mind, we must endeavor to create value initially, and then aim to enhance it each and every day. I find it enjoyable, but it is also our responsibility to those around us, whether family or company.
