After Covid whole ecosystem and many business models are changed. Till now, CRM was everything companies needed to manage customer relations while acquiring new business. However, the times are a-changing.

Everybody has lots of information around, even it's extra and overdose. Customers are constantly communicating with businesses. The ability to capture these insights in real-time makes a business responsive and profitable.

Fulfillment is as essential as the initial process of selling a product or a service; thus, businesses need to focus on this side.?

Today’s industry focuses on the customer experience in its totality, and CRM won’t cut it. Businesses need to find ways to support customers in a holistic way that will make them want to return.
