Crittall Windows hires new production engineer to spearhead lean manufacturing initiative

We’re excited to share some fantastic news from our manufacturing facility in Essex. In September 2024, we welcomed Casey Gardener as our new production engineer. Casey brings a wealth of experience from the automotive and medical device industries, and his expertise will play a key role in shaping the future of our operations.

As production engineer, Casey is focusing on optimising our manufacturing processes by implementing lean manufacturing techniques. He will be leading the introduction of a lean manufacturing culture within our Witham warehouse, which includes researching and procuring cutting-edge equipment to support a smoother, more agile way of working.

Commenting on his new role, Casey said:

“The company understands what changes are needed to support the growth strategy, and it’s fantastic that I’ve been selected as the person to drive this change. I feel incredibly proud to have this opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s future.
