Critical water infrastructure and climate change

In 2022, 200+ communities in Romania were temporarily cut from water supply. Even though, acording to a study conducted in 2023 by the World Bank among major water utilities in Romania, most of them did not perceive the drought as a major issue, this year, the hot and long summer hit again, hundreds of communities being affected. It is the water infrastructure prepared?
