Critical Thinking - Are you any good at it?
Steve Evans
Co-Founder & Director | Psychometric Testing, Skills Assessments for Accountants
Countless Linked-In guru's babble on about the importance of Critical Thinking, most of them without the first clue of what it actually is.
If you're in a "challenge accepted!" mood, why not find out where your Critical Thinking abilities sit in relation to most managers & professionals? For free.
I've recently completed Critical Reasoning & General Reasoning psychometric ability testing suites for Accountests .
Before psychometric tests are launched, a norm group representative of the people the test is designed for needs to be created in order that people who complete the test in future as part of a job application process have their test scores compared against a sample (norm group) of similar people.
?I'm in the process of compiling norm groups right now, meaning that about 300 people get to complete an ability test for free.
What’s in it for me?
If you are likely to apply for a graduate, management or professional job in the near future, you will likely be required to complete psychometric assessments like this as part of the selection process.??
This is a great opportunity to practice the type of tests you’ll face in real life, find out more about your ability to think critically, and receive a report on your performance that can be an appendix to your CV or Resume.
Am I Eligible to Take Part?
If you are a graduate, under-graduate, accountant, a manager or professional, and can spare about 45 minutes of uninterrupted concentration, then yes you can take part.
If you'd like to get involved,?please email [email protected] with the subject line "Norm Group Collection." Or, simply follow the link and fill out the form.?
