Critical Thinking 'Open' Lab Series

Our Critical Thinking 'Open' Lab series is designed to help teams:

• Stress test strategy
• Facilitate deeper levels of thinking on complex problems
• Provide a more robust and objective approach to decision making
• Enable a more agile and adaptive capacity to deal with change
• Build a shared view of the risks and opportunities
• Challenge assumptions and uncover blind spots
• Align a diverse group of stakeholders
• Develop contingency plans

The labs are interactive and experiential and participants are invited to bring a current opportunity or challenge to the lab, as a scenario.

Scenarios are used in conjunction with the executive decision support tool, to draw upon the expertise in the room which includes executives from a diverse range of industries. Facilitated critical thinking allows the group to stress test strategy and solve complex problems by challenging assumptions and uncovering blind spots.
