Slide presentation is excellent; gets right to the point. Quoting Christopher above, it is amazing black market values healthcare data over credit card information. The recent breaches in data security to healthcare organizations points to this; otherwise, unless the institution is researching something very special or high tech, there is no reason to go after that information. Thank you for sharing.

It's surreal and interesting to see how the black market values healthcare data over credit card information.

Interesting perspective. I'd argue that you should take the "IT" out of it and note that the business of healthcare presents some unique challenges, many of which you highlight in your slides. And the risk of using a more agile/iterative delivery model is heightened given the regulation, need to protect and obfuscate data and the overall resistance to change in the industry. I've worked almost a third of my career (over 9 years) in the payer industry and have seen much of what you note first-hand. In the end, all projects need to deliver "business value" regardless of the delivery model. That's a major challenge in any business with unique twists in Healthcare.
