.... Losing the belly and getting lean is not an easy task, is it?
Every dad and business owner knows the struggle.
For years I'd workout excessively and force my body through vomit inducing workouts and yet I still looked the same.
Nothing changed.
Infact as I got older I was starting to accumulate more and more fat despite working out every day.
I was eating healthy too...
But i just couldn't get my head round it.
I thought that more exercise was the answer but how much more could I do?
I was starting to feel run down and over-stressed.
How frustrating when you're working out every day yet you carry a belly and get out of breath kicking a ball with the kids at the park.
Being around my family was important to me so I didn't want to force myself to spend more time exercising...
I also had a business to run but it was so frustrating.
One day as I was outside in my garden doing one of my workouts, a young lad said to me:
''How come you still have a belly like that with all the exercise you do?''
That really got to me.
What was I doing?
Probably running my body to the ground making myself more stressed.
Thankfully things changed for the better...
I went on to learn from the best of the best nutrition coaches, mindset coaches and fitness experts..
I became a coach myself..
And after figuring out where I was going wrong I quickly transformed my body..
When I learned how all it took was some small, simple changes to my eating habits and doing way less exercise than I was.
What I learned was that there is a HUGE difference between 'eating healthy' and eating the right foods in the right amounts to lose the belly and get lean.

Of course exercise still matters... but you can't out-train a bad diet...
