CRISP Thinking: Learn to Navigate Complexity

The pace and acceleration of change contributes to uncertainty about the true nature of problems. This combined with commonly a incentivized action or production oriented mindset leads us to “solve” the wrong problem.  Our world is complex which can’t be fully reduced due to undiscoverable variables – neither knowable or predictable. Failing to acknowledge the existence of unknowable unknowns makes us fragile and susceptible to great surprise and dependent consequence.

Learn how to look beneath the surface to break free from old thinking. Learn new ways of thinking and skills to successfully navigate complexity toward favorable outcomes. Join us at our next CRISP Thinking workshop 13-14 March in Tampa, FL. For more information go to www.thinkingcrisp.com.
