Sadly, many believe that to be very good at crisis management all you need to know is how to handle the media; so, media training will suffice many would say.

Nothing further from the truth: everyone in the leadership structure of any business needs to be comfortable with handling a crisis, and doing so under the limelight of an aggressive media pool.
