Crisis Management and Business Continuity for Coronavirus

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared the coronavirus outbreak a global health emergency. Although there is a glut of information in the media being pushed at you from every direction, what you won’t find much from a business perspective. While not overreacting, CEOs should get ready for the impact on their operations.

In just 80 seconds, Dr Michael J Ryan, the Executive Director of WHO, explains how the countries of the world can immediately impact the spread of COVID-19. “Perfection is the enemy of the good when it comes to emergency management,” Dr Ryan says.
