A CRISIS OF CONSCIENCE- "the times they are a-changin"

Director General Life. Be in it.
Turn off your telly- too much terror and turmoil! It's time to turn the page on weapons of war with fears of AI job destruction, and move into the three C's of Aspirational Consciousness (AC).
The divisive worlds of yesterday's men, fighting the nostalgia history wars of property and power, are being challenged by a new generation of young women, climate activists and Swifties seeking to turn the tide. As Dylan sung- "the times they are a-changin"
The concentration on divisions, death and destruction to mobilise the forces of Donald's and Dutton's desperation for power, are being challenged by the popularity of tomorrow's generation seeking optimism and opportunity.
The next generation is an unbounded realm of idealists, interest groups and internet dwellers looking to make their own way forward and refind freedom as confidence, collaboration and confidence as contributions to the emerging worlds of AC.
As citizens of this next dimension, they actively shape it, creating conditions for collective liberation and sustained human flourushing beyond the divisions .
This is an unbounded realm where individuals exercise the three Cs that constitute citizenship, community and compassion rather than command and control conflicts.
It is a space, time and purpose dimension where hyper-personal, individuated, interactive associations intersect with societal needs, wants , hopes and expectations.
The next generation as conceived by Greta Thunberg, Simone De Beauvoire. Jonathon Saul, and Suzuki presents the unbounded realm of human freedom, where the full potential of human conscience, confidence, compassion, and contribution can be realised.
It transcends the limitations imposed by societal structures, cultural norms, or personal constraints, offering a space where individuals act not merely as members of a community but as conscious citizens of the world.

Conscience as the Ethical Compass, is central to this dimension. In Senge’s view, learning organizations rely on the deep awareness that conscience brings, guiding collective behavior toward a sustainable and ethical future. Conscience in this realm acts as a liberating force, allowing individuals to challenge injustices and reimagine their roles as citizens.
Confidence as the The Inner Strength, is nurtured through systems thinking, where individuals recognise their inter-connectedness with others and the broader world. In Mandela’s life, confidence was the foundation of resilience—the belief that even decades of imprisonment could not diminish his capacity to lead and transform.
Compassion as The Human Connection, is the emotional and relational dimension, that ties this realm of freedom to humanity’s deepest values. The concept of contribution in this dimension embodies the highest form of citizenship. Citizens contribute not just in service to their local communities but to the global advancement of justice, equality, and human flourishing.
Sorokin, in his cyclical theory of social change, emphasises that confidence arises during times of idealistic cultural flourishing, when individuals feel empowered to push the boundaries of innovation and cultural development.
AC, as conceived by writers such as Sorokin, Simone De Beauvoire, Saul, and Suzuki represents the unbounded C-suite, where the full potential of human conscience, confidence, compassion, and contribution can be realised..It transcends the limitations imposed by societal structures, cultural norms, or personal constraints, offering a space where individuals act not merely as members of a community but as conscious citizens of the world.
