The world we live in is becoming increasingly complex.?The systems we live in and their dependencies to support society are only increasing. A single perspective or professional (expert) opinion is no longer enough. International crisis and conflict issues are entirely complex, with perspectives from the professional, societal, and cultural spheres - amongst many others. As the world changes and becomes increasingly complex, our goal is to?support professional organizational development in the international space - enabling more effective delivery of support, development, and security sector reform.?
