A Crisis at Work: Manage it, Yes. But Also USE it.

I recently had the chance to address the San Francisco members of Declare, the New York-based professional development platform for women. I was asked to speak on the topic of "Courageous Leadership," and I used it to share my thoughts on both the inevitability of crises- and also the Gifts a crisis can bring to a team and it's Leader.
