Crime and Corruption flourishes under Labor Queensland Needs Change of Government

The Queensland increasing Crime stats have been reported many times. Take a look at the another form of crime.??

Corruption and Fraud

Seem there is no actual clear legislation for Queenslanders to get any action or satisfactory results, regarding suspected corruption or alleged fraud ?

Current Attorney General Department has agencies like Fair Trading, Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) ?Ombudsman office, Body Corporate Community Management (BCCM) , and others often keep referring community members around in circles.??Then Queensland Police Service overloaded with serious crime matters and unable to prioritise alleged corruption or fraud matters. ?

I and others have been witness to serious fraud corruption being played out in a number of high rise buildings on the Gold Coast.? I am informed this practice is common in Brisbane as well.? It results in owners of apartments not feeling safe in their own homes.? Some have sold just to escape.?In particular senior females and other single parent mothers with children are most vulnerable. ?Given current Queensland Premier cannot even be honest himself what expectation could we have of Qld public service workers to exercise honesty and Integrity. ?

I recently made a specific complaint regarding alleged breach of the following What is the crime act for making false documents?

The offence of 'making false document' is set out in section 253 of the Crimes Act 1900 which states “a person who makes a false document with the intention that the person or another will use it: (a) to induce some person to accept it as genuine, and (b) because of its being accepted as genuine: (i) to obtain any ...CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 253 Forgery--making false document

I provided straight forward proof.? The alleged perpetrator would find it difficult to deny given? I forwarded waring emails to her alleged breach ?prior to making the complaint. However as expected this gets low priority with local Police.? I do have confidence in the local police station to follow it up in due course.

Today 24th May 2024. More bad behaviour from Strata Sphere Management.? Not the first time I have been warned regarding security of suspicious activity on Strata Sphere links. ?Today from a direct email from Strata Sphere

Would you expect complaints against a Queensland Government Department be investigated properly and by and Independent Body ???? Apparently not.?? At a glance from my experience and it would seem Queensland Government Employees investigate complaints against their own.?? ??

Responses contain no content information, no analysis. No justification for the decision.? No reference to legislation regarding the decision.? ??In fact from experience no follow up inquiry is made from the person who made the complaint.?
