As the third quarter comes to a close, we look ahead to the fall and the most busy time of the year for both the venture industry and the software industry.
September was an active month for us with two new investments and a new hire (more on that below). We also launched a YouTube Channel , and will continue to work on providing our readers with world-class content focused on startups, venture capital, and company building.

Founder Insights: Spenser Skates is the co-founder and CEO of Amplitude , the leading digital analytics platform. Over the last decade, Spenser built Amplitude from a spin-out of his previous startup, Sonalight, to a publicly-traded company with thousands of customers ranging from startups to the Fortune 100. He has managed sales teams with tens of millions of dollars in ARR, all the way up to multiple billions in ARR. During the conversation, Chris discusses his journey, lessons learned on establishing sales organizations, collaborating with various customer stakeholders, and best practices for startups in driving go-to-market success.
