Human Nature , a development company, has received planning approval to transform a former industrial site in Lewes into the UK's largest sustainable neighborhood made from timber. Named "The Phoenix," this visionary project will feature 685 homes constructed from engineered timber, setting new standards for sustainable placemaking and social impact.
Demand for pan-European tech talent is on the rise off the back of new technology deployment, according to?CBRE’s inaugural Global Tech Talent Guidebook. Technologies including AI are driving tech industry employment growth across 75 global markets, 25 of which are in Europe, the Guidebook analyses found. All of the European markets in the report recorded tech industry employment growth between 2017 and 2022.
Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) has announced the promotion of two key executives: Christina Chiu to President and Steve Horn to CFO. Chiu, previously the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Anthony E. Malkin as President. Malkin will continue as Chairman and CEO.
