In this week's issue, funding is led by DoorLoop , with a $20m Series A round. Per the rental property management software startup, the funding will be used for development, marketing and recruiting. Codi , a San Francisco, based startup pairing flexible leasing with ongoing office management, raised a $16m Series A round. In the autonomous building arena, PassiveLogic has scored a $15m investment from global chip manufacturer, 英伟达 . The investment will facilitate integration between PassiveLogic’s tools and Nvidia’s Omniverse platform for the industrial metaverse. ?

In the news, the much anticipated LMRE and Fifth Wall earnings survey unpacks earnings potential across the proptech spectrum. Compass, in further efforts to reduce costs and attain profitability, has reduced its headcount again. The reduction volume was undisclosed, but the largest portion was from its technology team. 伟创力 by 仲量联行 , an enterprise-grade flexible workplace solution, will be launching at 500 Plaza Dr. in Secaucus, New Jersey.
