"24yrs Seasoned M&E Recruiter, Owner of Guyan Appointments & Solutions Ltd" Owner & Founder Compete Force ???? & ????
As a business owner striving for integrity in an industry that struggles with a bad reputation, receiving a recommendation from a candidate about our newest associate Josh Foulkes makes our ethos of quality over quantity all the more worthwhile.
"Hi James, I just wanted to drop you a line to say how happy I have been choosing to deal with Guyan Associates with helping me to find a new position. In particular I wanted to commend Josh, credit where credit is due, people only usually have something to say when they want to complain. Rather than the usual agency where someone just wants to get your CV, send it out to as many people as they can and just place you anywhere so they can get their commission Josh took the time to sit down with me and we had a good conversation about what I wanted to get out of the process. I found him to be very knowledgeable about our industry and the different roles within it. Also he was very likeable and we got on really well, I know he had his work cut out with me because I was quite particular about my requirements. He stuck at it and found me two very good interviews in roles that were well suited. I have now moved and so far so good. I did a little research before I used an agency and your company has a very good name so I only sent my CV into you guys and I'm glad that I used your company. Josh was excellent and I'm sure he is a good asset to you, if you would like a return favour and would like me to do anything in regard to marketing, quotes for your website etc then I'd be happy to do so. Once again thanks to Josh and Guyan Associates."

8 年Always nice to recognised for a job well done, sadly, we do not see enough of the even basic recognition these days, a simple thank you goes a long way in my book. Quite often don't even get that.
