Firstly to Ivan Low and his colleagues at the Dell Funan store in Singapore. Thanks. Thanks for sorting out my purchase, staying late to let me pick up my purchase as I arrived from the airport, and for the friendly, professional, and courteous service.

Now, to the team Dell Technical Support team, who talked me through dealing with a few issues and helped me resolve them.

Customer service isn't just the smile and welcome, it's about listening to your customer, understanding their need, and responding.
