We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a dynamic Credit Control team. This full-time, office-based role is perfect for individuals looking to advance their career within the credit control sector. Day-to-day of the role:

Processing debit and credit payments efficiently.

Managing monthly statements and overseeing debt collection reporting.

Conducting cash flow forecasting to ensure financial stability.

Performing statement reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

Resolving queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintaining organisation and accuracy in a fast-paced environment through proficient use of Sage 50 and strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control.

Proficiency in Sage 50 and strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Reliability and possession of a full UK Driving License due to the location of sites.
